- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above 1000 INR.

3. Shipping Costs

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over 1000 INR for standard shipping within INDIA.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- For International Orders: DHL, FedEx, UPS.
6. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hrs of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international forwarding addresses.

Nestloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us if there are issues with your shipment, and we will assist in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority.
