1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders involving customization (e.g., personalized sizes, embroidery, or colors) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
4. Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery

If a delivery is refused by the customer or fails due to incorrect address details, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
