1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with tags intact.

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Items bought on clearance or during a sale.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
