2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.


3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Read our Cancellation Policy for full details.


4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email or phone number. You can use this to check the delivery status.


5. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, we offer returns and refunds for unused products in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or initiate a refund.


7. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.


8. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver PAN India to all serviceable pin codes.
