1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Only defective items are eligible for return.
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or product defects.

  • In case the required item is not available, we will offer a store credit or refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost.


6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect.
